Shirts, Hoodies, Jackets. Collection 460

When the Archive Gets Interesting

Collection 460 is not just shirts. That is the first thing worth saying. This drop includes hoodies, crewnecks, a denim jacket, a track jacket, and a 1978 Poco Legend MCA Records satin jacket that has no business being as clean as it is. The format range alone makes this one worth paying attention to.

The anchor piece is the 1991 Nirvana Vestibule shirt. Pre-Nevermind, regional, the kind of shirt that does not come around often and tends not to stay available when it does. It sits in this collection next to a 1993 Alice in Chains Levi's denim jacket that is one of the better garment pieces WyCo has dropped in recent memory. Seattle in 1991 and 1993 is well represented here.

Metallica runs five deep across the Black Album era and beyond. The 1992 Metallica Unforgiven shirt, the 1991 Sad But True, the 1991 Historic Dates, the 1994 ...And Justice for All, and a 1990s Pushead shirt that Pushead collectors specifically will recognize. Five different moments, five different shirts.

Guns N Roses shows up twice and earns it. The 1991 Use Your Illusion tour and the 1991 Civil War Get in the Ring tour from the same campaign, different cuts, different energy. The 2000 Marilyn Manson Holy Wood shirt lands in the heavy tier alongside a 1994 Pantera and a 1998 Tool tour shirt.

The DC Comics block is a specific kind of win. Two 1989 Joker shirts from the Burton Batman year, including the Killing Joke HaHaHa and a straight DC Joker, plus a 1989 Batman Bat Signal. Three pieces from the same summer, all original.

The wrestling tier deserves its own mention. A 1996 Stone Cold Steve Austin Whoop Ass, a 1999 The Rock WWF Brahma Bull, a 1998 WCW Sting, a 1998 Hollywood Hogan nWo, and a 1990s nWo Wolfpac. Five pieces from the Attitude Era and the Monday Night Wars. If you were watching in 1998, this shelf is for you.

The outerwear rounds it out in a way shirts alone cannot. A 1978 Grateful Dead track jacket. A 1980s Pink Floyd Momentary Lapse of Reason hoodie in pink. A 2001 Pink Floyd Wish You Were Here hoodie. A 2000s Iron Maiden Trooper zip-up. A 1990s Zelda hoodie that will not last long. These are not filler. They are the reason the drop does not look like every other drop.

Collection 460. Shirts, hoodies, jackets, and a few things the archive does not give up often. No reprints, no restocks.
